About Jennie

Jennie England has a passion and a vision for bringing the principles and skills of professional coaching to the direct selling profession. She incorporates 28 years of experience in the areas of leadership, teamwork and communication, with 10 years as a professional coach, certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program and CTI’s Quest, a Leader’s Journey. She has also received training in Corporate Coaching, Appreciative Inquiry, Relationship Coaching, Peak Potentials and Non-Violent Communication. As the original Director of the Coaching Center for the Direct Selling Woman’s Alliance, Jennie co-created the Principle Centered Coaching model.
